Installing insulation is fairly easy, unless you're in a tight spot like an attic or crawl space. It's good to have a mask and gloves if you're going to be insulating, although that's not mentioned in the video. Also put a new, sharp blade in your utility knife and have straight edge (ie 2X4 or drywall square) for cutting the insulation. Make sure you have the right R-value of insulation for the project you are working on. Generally attics, where most heat escapes, should have a higher R-value than the walls. You may want to insulate interior walls to help dampen the sound in rooms.
