Measure twice or more, drill the hole once. Hanging a picture frame seems pretty straightforward, but if you locate the screw hole in the wrong spot, you'll leave a big hole in the wall. Not a big deal if you're picture will cover it. I've seen a lot of picture frames that have too much slack in the hanging wire,so when you hang the picture you see the anchor and the wire above the frame. Prior to hanging the picture, make sure the slack is taken out of the wire. You may need to add two anchors if the picture is too heavy.
